MRS. M. A. B. LEVER
Died At Stormstown on Friday Afternoon

  Culminating an illness from heart affection, which covered a number 
of years, Mrs. J. H. Lever, one of the most respected residents of 
Stormstown, passed away at 1:45 Friday afternoon, the same being noted 
in Friday's Herald.  She had been bedfast for the past six months.  
Mrs. Mary Ann Burket Lever was the daughter of the Late John and Lydia 
Burket, early settlers in Warrior's Mark valley.  She was born December 
6, 1837, and was married in Warrior's Mark in 1852 to J. H. Lever, 
formerly a well known machinist and blacksmith.  For two years the 
young couple lived in Phillipsburg, and then moved to Stormstown, where 
they resided until death.  She was a staunch member of the Methodist 
Episcopal church.  She leaves one sister, Mrs. Nancy Burket, of Tyrone; 
five daughters, Mrs. James A. Study, of Tyrone; Mrs. Isona [?] Wilson, 
of Marble, Wash.; Mrs. Frank Guyer, of Tyrone; Mrs. Alice Mong, at the 
late home in Stormstown; Mrs. G. M. Bare, of Philadelphia, and one son, 
W. Clyde Lever, of Philadelphia.  Funeral services will take place from 
the late home on Tuesday morning, next, at 11 o'clock.  Services will 
be in charge of her pastor, Rev. F. L. Mawson, of Stormstown, assisted 
by Rev. B. W. Runyan, of Flemington, Pa.;  Interment at Stormstown.
