TYRONE TOPICS.

  Miss May Griffin, a notice of whose serious illness appeared in 
yesterday's Tribune, died at the home of the parents in Stormstown, 
Centre county, yesterday morning at 6 o'clock of paralysis of the 
heart.  The deceased was born at Stormstown September 3, 1874, and at 
death was aged 24 years, 9 months and 25 days, her death being the 
first in the immediate family.  She is survived by her father and 
mother, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Griffin, and five brothers and two 
sisters, viz.: Joseph and John Griffin, of Tyrone; Claire, Roy, Herman, 
Maude and Effie Griffin, at the home in Stormstown.  Funeral services 
at the home Friday afternoon, June 30, at 2 o'clock, to be conducted by 
Rev. R. W. Runyon.  Interment in Gray's cemetery.
