GLENN.

  Rev. George M. Glenn, a former well known minister of the Methodist 
Episcopal church in this county, died very suddenly on Friday morning 
following a stroke of paralysis at his home, Gray's church, near 
Stormstown, Pa.  Rev. Mr. Glenn was a member of the Central 
Pennsylvania conference of the Methodist church and was retired from 
the active ministry last March.  He held charges at Roaring Spring, 
First church of Tyrone, Philipsburg and his last appointment at Mt. 
Carmel.  His widow, three sons and a daughter survive.  The funeral 
services will be held at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning from his home at 
Gray's church, several miles from Stormstown.  Interment will be made 
in Gray's cemetery.
