Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


COBORN, THOMAS, yeoman, Chester Twp.
April 19, 1790 - April 2, 1794.
Wife Rachel to have one third of all personal estate forever and one 
third of real estate for life, the residue to son Thomas, his share to 
wife in case he dies without lawful issue, should she die first then 
estate goes to nephew Israel COBURN his heirs and assigns. Son Thomas 
to be clothed and educated out of legacy to him until twenty one.
