CHEYNEY, JOHN, Thornbury.
September 20, 1805 - October 13, 1806.
To nephew William son of brother Thomas half of land in Thornbury 
purchased of Mary CHEYNEY, land bounded by land of Mary CHEYNEY, 
William YARNALL, Thomas HALL, land, lines of M. CHEYNEY, J. MARSHALL, 
T. CHEYNEY and late Joseph CHEYNEY also woodland along William 
YARNALL's north west line and Street Road, nephew Curtis woodland to 
extend to YARNALL'S line, nephew Waldron CHEYNEY reminder of land, 
sister Mary wife of Richard RILEY, Betsy wife of nephew William, 
nephews William, Samuel, Curtis and Jesse, niece Mary JOHNSON wife of 
Abraham, Persifor MacCULLUM, children of brother Thomas: Ann, Richard, 
Mary, John, Alice and Betsy and of his December'd. daughter Lucy 
HICKMAN and his grandchildren the children of his son Thomas. To 
children of brother Joseph, December'd: Samuel, Jesse, Abel, Esther, 
Mary, Ann, Jane, Elizabeth, Hannah and Phebe; children of sister Mary 
RILEY: John and Margaret CONRO, Curtis to be guardian for Abel. Exrs:
