Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834

BROWN, JOSEPH, Upper Chichester. 
February 29, 1796 - April 28, 1796.
Son Daniel to have use of the land until his son William is 21, then to 
his heirs forever less debt of 11, to Sarah DAY and in case of 
William's death during minority then to his brother Caleb and heirs, 
son Jeremiah 19 and money paid to John HIBBARD on his note and to pay 
his step mother 5. Proceeds from sale of other property to 4 daughters 
Agnes SMITH, Elizabeth TALLEY, Susannah MARTIN and Hannah HARTLEY.
