July 30, 1821 - May 24, 1826
Codicil April 19, 1823 mention Jonas EYRE'S land.
Wife Phebe, children: James, Joseph, Robert, Nathaniel, John, Isaac and 
Jemima (last two minors). Farm bought of Thomas BOOTH, Jr. Lines of 
John BALDWIN, John FOULK, John HUNTER, Nathaniel WILLIAMS and Isaac 
LARKIN. Home tract lines of Powel CLAYTON, ____ GUEST, Robert JOHNSON 
and Thomas MARSHAL. Son Robert to act as guardian.
Exrs: Sons James and Robert BOOTH.
Wits: Nathaniel WILLIAMS, John LARKIN and James BRATTEN. #667.
