Charles Batzavaga

An investigation into the death of Charles Batzavaga of Homer City, Pa., whose
mangled body was found lying along the railroad tracks east of the Tyrone
passenger station of the Pennsylvania Railroad company early yesterday morning,
was made last evening by Coroner Chester C. Rothrock and no inquest will be
held, according to a statement made by him. Following the accident, efforts to
locate relatives of the man were made, but it was learned that he had no
relatives. A lodge in Homer City, of which he was a member, asking that the
body be sent them for interment. It is the belief of the coroner that
the man, bad been riding a freight train, a ticket for transportation from
Homer City to Greensburg being found in the man's clothes.
