    Desiree Bara

 Desiree Lynn Bara, 21 ,of Creek-
side, died early Saturday morning,
Nov. 22, 1997, as the result of injuries
suffered in an auto accident.
 Born Jan. 6, 1976, in Indiana, she
was the daughter of Larry E. and
Linda Gerber Bara.
 Miss Bara attended the Ernest
Bible Church. She was a graduate of
Marion Center High School, Class of
1994, and was a member of the high
school band. She was most recently
employed by Lowe's in Indiana.
 Surviving are her parents of
Creekside; one sister, Amanda
Bara, Ernest; a niece, Siera Clark;
a special friend, Aaron Brubaker;
her paternal grandparents, William
and Catherine Bara, Indiana; ma-
ternal grandparents, Thomas Ger-
her, of Ernest, and Mrs. Joseph
(Carolyn) Uberti, Force, Pa.; a
great-grandfather, William Gerber,
Shelocta and formerly of Ernest,
and several aunts, uncles and cous-
ins.
 Friends will be received Tuesday
from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Bence-
Mihalcik Funeral Home in Indiana
where services will be held at 10:30
a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Mark
Vislosky will officiate and interment
will be in the Union Cemetery in
Shelocta.
 Memorial contributions may be
made to the American Cancer Soci-
ety, 879 Hospital Road, Indiana, Pa.,
15701.
