BLANCHE BEATTY
Blanche G. Dillinger Beatty, 88, 120 Railroad St., Apollo,
died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 1991 in Allegheny Valley Hospital,
Natrona Heights. Born July 31, 1902, in Young, she lived in
the Apollo-Vandergrift area all her life. Mrs. Beatty was a
member of First United Methodist Church in Vandergrift.
Survivors include two daughters, Gladys N. Kuhn, Doylestown
and Mildred B. Keppel, Surprise, Ariz.; eight grandchildren;
six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph Dillinger,
Mansfield, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband,
Roscoe W. Beatty in 1970; two sons, Harry S. and Roscoe O.
Beatty; a daughter, Cora E. Wagenhauls; her parents, Harry
L. and Hettie E. Weaver Dillinger; a brother, William
Dillinger; and four sisters, Ruth Shadle, Allie Blakely,
Pearl Silvis and Vernie George. Funeral arrangements were
by the Dunmire-Kerr Funeral Home, 244 Franklin Ave.,
Vandergrift, where services were held. Officiating was her
pastor, the Rev. Robert Wilson. Burial was in Twin Valley
Memorial Park, Delmont
