GEORGE BARRON, 78, of Manor, died at his home after a lingering
illness.  A retired employee of the Westmoreland Coal Company's
McCullough mine, he had lived in Manor more than 50 years.  Surviving
are three daughters.  Mrs. Anna Zotov of Canonsburg, Mrs. MaryKostik of
Harrison City and Mrs. Julia Valaski of West Mifflin; two sons, George
Barron Jr. of Elyria Ohio, and Michael Barron of Harrison City, and nine
grandchildren.
