LAST WILL, &C., OF ISAAC MILLER DECEASED.
Written: December 6, 1885

In the name of God Amen. I, Isaac Miller of Cromwell Township,
Huntingdon County Pennsylvania being weak in body, but of sound mind,
memory and understanding Prais God for the same and in view of the
certanty of death and the uncertanty of the time thereof I make this my
last will and testament in order that I may dispose of my wordly
affairs in a manner satisfactory to myself which is as follows:
First. I commit my soul to God who gave it.
Second. My will is that all my personal and real estate be Invested in
the hands of my beloved wife Emma so long as she lives or remains my
widow, and at her death or Marriage then said estate to be given to my
daughter Olive Miller.
And I do constitute and appoint Aaron M. Shoop of Derry Township
County of Mifflin State of Penna. Executor of this my last will and
Testament. In witness whereof, I the said testator have to this my
last will and testament set my hand and seal, this Sixth day of Sept.
A.D. 1885.

This 22nd day of October, A.D. 1885, before me, John S. Bare,
Register for the probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration in and for the county of Huntingdon, personally came
Abraham Miller and John S. Fike, the subscribing witnesses to the above
will, and being duly affirmed according to law, did depose and say that
they were present and saw and heard Isaac Miller, the testator, sign,
seal, publish, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of
writing as and for his testament and last will, and that at the time of
so doing he the said testator, was of perfect and sound mind, memory
and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation and
belief.

Before me, Register for the probate of Wills and Granting Letters of
Administration, in and for said County, personally appeared Aaron M.
Shoop, who, being duly affirmed according to law, doth depose and say
that Isaac Miller, late of Cromwell Twp., died on or about the 18th day
of October, 1885, at 4:40 o'clock P.M., to the best of his Knowledge
and belief.
Affirmed and subscribed this 22nd Aaron M. Shoop.

Letters Testamentary issued on the Estate of Isaac Miller, deceased.
On this 22nd day of October A.D. 1885, Letters Testamentary were
issued to Aaron M. Shoop on the estate of Isaac Miller, late of
Cromwell Township, deceased.
