ESTATE OF DANIEL CURFMAN LATE OF CLAY TWP
Know all Men by these Presents,THAT WE, Isaac Taylor & Abrm. Elias of the
County of Huntingdon are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, in the sum of Twenty one Hundred & forty six Dollars, lawful
money, to be paid said Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, their certain Attorney or
Assigns, to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves and
each of us, our Heirs, Executors and Administrators, jointly and severally,
firmly by these presents. Sealed with our Seals dated the twelfth day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy.
WHEREAS, At an Orphans' Court for the County of Huntingdon, held the
Ninth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Seventy the said Court ordered purport No. 2 to be sold and appointed Isaac
Taylor as Trustee to make sale of the that part of the real estate deceased.
Now the Condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above
bounded Isaac Taylor Trustee shall truly account for and faithfully
appropriate the proceeds of the same, agreeably; to the provisions of the Act
of Assembly in such cases made and provided and according to the uses and
trusts contained in the will of said decedent, then the said obligation to be
void, or otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue.

Renunciation of Heirs of Daniel Curfman deceased
June 27th 1870
This is to certify that we the undersigned Heirs of Daniel Curfman deceased
do request and wish Isaac Taylor to take out Letters of Administration and
settle up the estate of said deceased both real and personal according to law.

Letters of Administration for the Estate of Daniel Curfman deceased On this
18th day of July 1870 Letters of Administration in common form were granted to
Isaac Taylor on the estate of Daniel Curfman late of Clay Township deceased.
Bond is $1600. See Bond Book No 1 Page 78
