RENUNCIATION OF MARGARET BRUBAKER

  Know all men by these presents that I Martha Brubaker widow and 
select of Jacob Brubaker do hereby renounce my right of the 
administration of the estate of the said Jacob Brubaker and desire that 
letters of administration be granted to my son Jacob Brubaker.  Witness 
my hand and seal.

Memorandum

  Letters of administration in common form were granted to Jacob 
Brubaker of the Estate of Jacob Brubaker late deceased Inventory to be 
exhibited on or before the 15th day of May next.  And a true account 
calculation or reconing of his administration on or before the 15th day 
of May A D 1808 or when thereunto legally required given under my hand 
this 15th day of April A D 1807.
