                      MEDIA YOUTH KILLED IN CRASH AT SEASHORE
                 EUGENE BAKER VICTIM OF ACCIDENT NEAR ATLANTIC CITY
                                    June 5, 1950
 
      A 22-year-old Media man recently discharged from the ARMY was killed
  and eight others were injured in an automobile collision just outside Atlantic
  City on Sunday.
 
      Five persons suffered injuries in highway mishaps in Delaware County
  over the weekend.
 
      Fatally injured in the New Jersey crash was EUGENE ALEXANDER
  BAKER, 33 E. Front st., who was discharged from the ARMY early this
  year after serving more than three years in Italy.
 
      BAKER, who was scheduled to start work today with ARTERS' Bros.,
  Media contractors, was a passenger in a car being driven by FREDERICK
  DAVENPORT, 24, of Baltimore pk., Media, which collided with another car
  on Albany av. near the shore resort.
 
      New Jersey State Police reported that DAVENPORT apparently lost
  control on a curve and crashed into a car coming in the opposite direction
  driven by AUGUSTO PINTO, 52,
