Willis R. Fletcher 

September 25, 1955--August 20, 2006 

Willis R. Fletcher, age 50 of Carlisle, Ky., formerly of Magoffin Co., passed 
away Sunday, August 20, 2006 at his residence. He was born September 25, 1955 
in Michigan. He was disabled and a member of the Church of Christ. 

He is survived by his wife, Pearlene Ousley Fletcher; four brothers: Gary Barnett, 
Jackie Barnett, and Billy Joe Barnett, all of Carlisle, Ky., and Ricky Manns of Lucasville, 
Ohio; and two sisters: Debbie McKenzie of Carlisle, Ky., and Linda Johnson of North 
Middletown, Ohio. 

He is preceded in death by his parents: Richard Fletcher and Rachel Manns; and one 
brother: Randay Manns. 

Visitation will be Monday, August 21, 2006 at 5:00 pm for the family and 6:00 pm for the 
public at the Magoffin County Funeral Home, all day Tuesday, and anytime prior to services 
on Wednesday 

Services will be Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at 1:00 pm at the Magoffin County Funeral Home 
Chapel, officiated by Doug Auxier. Burial will follow at the Melvin Ousley Cemetery, Wheelright, Ky.
