Gipson, Darrell Ray , a resident of Mt. Sterling, Ky, passed away 
August 1, 2005 at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center.  

Mr. Gibson was born June 8, 1950 in Magoffin County, the son 
of Charles Buck and Ruth Watson Gibson of Mt. Sterling.  

He was a member of  Apostolic Church.  In addition to his mother, 
he is survived by two brothers, Harry Gibson of Mt. Sterling, and 
James Morris of Shelbyvile; tow sisters, Karen June Witter of 
Johnstown, Oh, and Donna Mathias of Anniston, Al; five nieces; 
and three nephews.  

Funeral services were conducted August 4, 2005 at the Herald and 
Stewart Home for Funerals with Kenneth Binion officiating.  

Burial followed at the Ramey Reed Cemetery.  Arrangements were 
in the care of the Herald and Stewart Home for Funerals.
