Oscar Daniel Bailey, age 43, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2006 
at his residence. He was born September 9, 1963 in Magoffin County, KY. 
He was disabled. 

He is survived by his mother: Darlena Conley Bailey, three sons: 
Andrew Logan Bailey and Oscar James Bailey, both of Iowa, and Michael 
Daniel Bailey of Germany; three daughters: Julie Ann Bailey of Iowa, Mary 
Jane Bailey and Regine Joe Bailey, both of Royalton, Ky; three brothers: 
Douglas Bailey of Royalton, Ky, Roland Matthew Bailey of Fritz, Ky, and 
Cline Joseph of Iowa; and three sisters: Judy Miller of Cynthiana, Ky, 
Teresa Bailey and Vivian Rudd, both of Royalton. He is also survived by 
one grandchild. 

He is preceded in death by his father: Oscar Bailey; one brother: William 
Joseph; and  two sisters: Betsy Bailey and Erin Lee Bailey. 

Visitation will be Monday, October 23, 2006 at the Magoffin County Funeral 
Home at 3:00 PM for the family, and 4: 00 PM for the public, and Tuesday, 
October 24 until time of services. 

Services will be Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County 
Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Bailey Cemetery, Salt Lick, 
Magoffin Co., Ky.
