McCREA - BARCLAY.

There was a very pretty wedding last night at 712 Eighth street, the
home of Mr. and Mrs. C. N. Barclay. The occasion was the marriage of
their daughter, Bertha Miesse, and William Bryson McCrea, jr., formerly
of Pittsburg, but now of this city. The ceremony was performed by Rev.
J. E. Irvine, Ph.D., of the Third Presbyterian church, and was
witnessed by a few relatives and intimate friends.
The parlors were handsomely decorated with plants and flowers.
Elegant refreshments were served in a unique way, the guests being
waited upon by four little friends of the bride.
At the conclusion of the festivities Mr. and Mrs. McCrea were driven
to their newly furnished home in this city. The bride has endeared
herself to a host of friends by her bright and cheery disposition and
is well qualified for her new station in life. The groom is a young
man well and favorably known in the city. He is employed as a florist
by the Pennsylvania Railroad company, being assistant to Mr. A. E.
Woelert.
