1999 in Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY.  Preceded: husband, Ray Thornsberry in
1987.  Survived: sons, Kirby Hoffman, Ray Preston Thornsberry and O. Paul
Thornsberry, dau, Penny Thornsberry, brother, Preston Slone, sister,
Phyllis Hatfield, 13 gc, 23, g-gc. Burial: May 11, 1999 in the Thornsberry
Cemetery. Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY.
