Columbus, OH, son of Loraine Salyers Spears of Blaine and the late Walker 
Everett Spears, died Apr 18, 1998 in Lexington, Fayette, KY. Survived by: wife, 
Suzanne L. Spears, daus, Renee McKinster and Santeena Spears, sons, Joseph Lee 
McKinster, Zachery Spears, Brandon Spears and Matthew Spears, sisters, Della 
Fay Vanover and Elizabeth Fyffe, 1 grandchild. Burial: Edwards Cemetery, Caines 
Creek, KY.
