Creek to the late Henry and Virgie Wells Blythe, died Jan 22, 1999 at home. 
Survived by: son, Maxwell Cooper, daus, Particia Ann Marshall and Brenda Joan 
Neal, 1 grandaughter and 2 great-grandchildren. Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, 
Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY.
