 Carla Lavelle Lee Moore, 26, died Monday at Norton Suburban Hospital.
She was a native of Shelby County, a customer service representative
specialist for Louisville Gas & Electric Co. and a member of Clay Street
Baptist Church in Shelbyville.
Survivors: her husband, Kevin Moore; daughters Kierra D. and Kaliah D.
Moore; a stepdaughter, Courtney L. Moore; her mother, Donna E. Lee; her
father and stepmother, Edward and Linda Lee; sisters Gina and Amanda Lee;
grandparents Sue B. Ellis, Stella K. Lee and Jacob Lee Jr.; and a
great-grandmother, Louise Wilson.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday, her church. Visitation: the church, 5-9 p.m.
Wednesday. Arrangements: Morton-Beckley Funeral Directors, Shelbyville.
