OBITUARY OF JOSEPHINE WORKMAN MARSHALL Lawrence Co.,KY 1944

FALLSBURG NATIVE KILLED BY TRAIN -
The body of Mrs. Josephine Marshall, 41 wife of C. E. Marshall of
Lima, Ohio was killed by the Pennsylvania Railroad's Peen-Liberty
Limited passeger train in Lima Monday, was brought to Louisa and taken to her
former home at Fallsburg for interment. Burial rites were conducted by Rev.
Dave Hewlett at the Collinsworth cemetery at Fallsburg. Deceased was born
and reared near Fallsburg, a daughter of Wm. and Elizabeth Moore Workman.
She had lived in Lima two years, moving from Columbus, and was
supervisor of waitresses in the Senate Restaurant at Lima. Her husband is a
fireman for the B. & O. Railway. Surviving besides the husband and parents are
two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Thomas of Mansfield, Ohio, and Mrs. Herman Cordle,
of Fallsbursg, and one brother, Hobart Workman, of Fallsburg."
