Apr 18, 1998 in Lexington, Fayette Co, KY. Surviving: husband, Herman Lowe, 
daus, Susan Spears, Lois Huff, Dixie Lowe, Earlene Lowe, and Donna Huff, son, 
Herman D. Lowe, sisters, Virginia Darlene Little and Carolyn Moore, brothers, 
William Jordan and Elbert Carter, and 9 grandchildren. Burial: Loam-Jordan 
Cemetery, Louisa, Lawrence Co, KY.
