Charles F. Harper: 73, of Hecla, Ohio, born Feb 1, 1925 in Lawrence Co, KY, son 
of late Nicholas J. and Della Roach Harper, died Apr 25, 1998 at his home. 
Survived by: wife, Doris Ruth Kellogg Harper, daus, Mary Jane Newman, Donna 
Bledsoe, Rita Mullins, Rosalie Mulkey, Carla Jean Harper, and Vivian Adkins, 
sons, Charles "Pete" Harper Jr., John Harper and Roy Harper, brothers, Harold 
Harper and Harlan Harper, sister, Opal Elswick, 13 grandchildren, 4 
great-granchildren, and 10 step-great-children. Burial: Sugar Creek Cemetery 
under direction of Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton, Ohio.
