FOSTER N. Carolyn Foster, age 68, of Powell, diedSaturday, October 10, 1998, at
Arlington CourtNursing Home after a courageous battle with cancer.She was
preceded in death by her husband Ellis L.Foster, Jr., parents Jesse and Fairis
(Munson) Milner;sister Lorraine Milner and brother Calvin Milner. Shewillbe
sadly missed by her children Eagan L. (Jan) Fosterof Columbus and Jessica L.
Dobson of Columbus;grandchildren Brian (Amber) Foster, Sean Foster andEric
Dobson; sister, Helen (John) Manning, Alabamaand Doris Rhodes of Arizona;
brothers, Charles Milnerof Arizona and Jack Milner of Kentucky; in-laws, Jimand
Rita Mullin and Mary Lou McDonald and manynieces and nephews. Mrs. Foster was a
40 yearmember of St. Andrew Catholic Church. She was alsoan avid gardener,
great cook and a stuffed bearenthusiast. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. and
