STONE, Clerk of the Orphans Court in and for said County and State, personally appeared LEVI D. HULL and AGNES M. PATTERSON who apply for a license to be joined in marriage and who being duly sworn, do depose and say that they are not related to one another by blood or marriage and that no legal objection to their contemplated marriage exists. And the first named applicant doth further depose and say that he was born in Latrobe, PA on the 19 day of April 1859 and is of full age of 47 yeas that his residence is Cheswick, PA, his occupation Miller and that he has once been married before, and the marriage was dissolved by Death 29, 1904............................ And the second named applicant doth further depose and say that she was born in Noblestown, PA, on the 11 day of January 1868, and is of the full age of 38 years; that her residence is Cannonsburg, PA, and that she has not been married before. ............................................................................... ............................................................................... ...............................................................................
