 Virginia Bartley, 75, of Ray City died April 14, 2014, at Louis Smith Memorial 
Hospital.
 She was born October 22, 1938, to the late Russell and Aline Brantley Harpe in 
Ray City. She was retired from Nashville Mills and was of the Baptist faith. In 
addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kemper 
Bartley, Sr.; sister, Lucille Fender; four brothers, Marion Harpe, Eugene Harpe, 
James Harpe, and Russell Harpe, Jr.
 Survivors include three sons, Larry Dean Bartley, Gregory Allen Bartley, Kemper 
Bartley, Jr., all of Ray City; daughter and son-in-law, Felecia and Kenny 
Fincher of Sylvester; a number of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and 
nephews.
 A memorial service was held April 17 at 11 a.m. at Lakeland Chapel of Music 
Funeral Services.
 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
