From March 1972.  The name of the newspaper and specific date is unknown.
                           MERSHON.
            Miss Cathy Lou Mershon, 21, Hillsboro Rt. 1, died Wednesday at 
6:10 a.m. in University Hospital, Columbus.
            Born Jan. 24, 1951 in Greenfield, she was a daughter of Joseph D. 
and Jean Ann Strobel Mershon, who survive.
            She graduated from McClain High School in 1970, and was a member 
of the United Brethern Church.
            Surviving in addition to her parents is a sister, Connie Jo, 
Hillsboro Rt. 1, and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Gladys Cowman, of 
Greenfield.
            Last rites will be read Friday at 2 p.m. in the Murray Funeral 
Home.  Rev. Robert Blaine will officiate, and burial will be made in Gilboa 
Cemetery.
            Friends may call at Murray's after 4 p.m. Thursday.
