                                 BARNHART.
         Nancy Emily Barnhart, 77, of 765 Foraker St., Greenfield, died at 
11:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3 in Greenfield Area Medical Center.
         Born May 29, 1908 she was the daughter of Jacob and Minnie Applegate 
Richards.
         A member of the Tenth Street Christian Baptist Church, Mrs. Barnhart 
was a homemaker.
         She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Barnhart, on July 
31, 1985  and is survived by six sons, Clifford W. (Bub) Barnhart and Donald 
(Jake) Barnhart, both of Bainbridge, Raymond Barnhart of West Germany, Melvin 
W. Barnhart, Harold Barnhart and Jerry A. Barnhart, all of Greenfield; four 
daughters, Jean Snider of Rainsboro, Mary Ann Nace of Greenfield, Judy Carter 
and Mrs. Tom (Lillie) Myers, both of Washington C.H.; 30 grandchildren and 26 
great-grandchildren.
        She was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Jane Goddard, on Aug. 
21, 1975, two grandchildren, four brothers and four sisters.
        Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Murray's Funeral Home with 
Danny Dodds officiating.  Burial will be in Greenfield Cemetery.
        Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday.
