Local Paragraphs

Mr. Max D. Kirsch, the famous young violinist, arrived Sunday from New York.
He will make his home in Buena Vista, provided he can secure a number of
scholars on the violin. We further understand that Mr. Kirsch intends to give
a concert in the near future, which we hope will be well attended, as he is a
wonder on the violin. He recently arrived from the most famous European
conservatories and took New York by storm at the concerts in Chickering Hall,
New York, last year.
