Sheriff’s Sale

Georgia – Marion County

Will be sold before the courthouse door in the town of Buena Vista, within the
legal hours of sale, on the 1st Tuesday in November, 1902, an undivided one
sixth interest in 125 acres off of lot of land No. 124 in the 31st district of
said county, said 125 acres being all that part of said lot belonging to the
estate of Oliver Ivey, deceased, and known as the old Oliver Ivey home place. 
Levied on as the property of E.G. Ivey to satisfy a fi fa favor of W.D. Crawford
vs. E.W. and E.G. Ivey.
