MEN OF THE HOUR IN GEORGIA

Something of the New Legislature.  Brief Sketches of Notable Careers.

Hon. Morgan McMichael, the junior member form Muscogee, is a native of Schley 
county, and like his colleague, is the son of a prominent physician.  He was 
raised on a farm, and at fifteen entered Buena Vista high school.  After that 
he attended a select school at Americus, and later graduated from Southern 
Business University of Atlanta.  He read law under the late Judge Edgar Butt, 
and was admitted to the bar in 1887.  For three ___________________ (some text 
omitted from article) Vista, and then moved to Columbus, where he has since 
resided.  He is junior member of the firm of Worrill & McMichael, which has a 
large general practice.  Mr. McMichael is one of the most prominent young men 
of Columbus, and is one of the most popular.
