born August 12, 1925 in Buena Vista, Marion County, GA and died Wednesday, 
December 3, 2003 in Hartford, CT, funeral Friday, December 12, 2003 in 
Hartford; Reverend Anthony Blue officiated.  Mr. Blue was formerly employed ty 
Local 230 Labor Union over 50 years.  He was the 8th of 9 children born to Sol 
and Highson Story Blue.  He had lived in Hartford 55 years; was predeceased by 
his son, MacArthur Blue.  He was the husband of Lovely Porter.  Survived by a 
daughter, Mrs. Bessie B Napier of Decatur, GA; a brother William Blue of 
Hartford; 9 grandchildren.  Clark, Bell and Bell Funeral Home, Hartford, CT
