Kimbrell Stern Announcements - 2004
Date of Birth: May 13, 1936  
Date of Death: May 18, 2004  

A native of Augusta, Mr. Baumgartel had lived in Albany for most of his life. 
He was in the tire business for 47 years, 20 of which he owned and operated 
Baumgartel Tire which is now in its 3rd generation with his son and grandsons. 
Mr. Baumgartel was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church and the YMCA where he 
was an avid racquetball player. He loved his family and they loved him very 
much. 

The family will receive friends Thursday 6 to 8 PM at Kimbrell-Stern. The 
funeral service will be Friday 11 AM at Kimbrell-Stern with interment in Crown 
Hill Cemetery. Dr. Michael C. Catt officiating.
