     Found Dead in Garage;
       Monoxide Poisoning
   David Roy Finnegan, 1850 Goodrich avenue,
St. Paul, whose wife, formerly Miss Marcella
Smith, is a niece of Mrs. F. A. Hoyt of this
city, was found dead in his garage Tuesday
night, death caused by monoxide poisoning,
Mrs. Hoyt and daughter, Natalie, went to 
St. Paul today. Mrs. Finnegan is a daughter 
of Mrs. Lillian Smith, well known in this
city. The funeral will be held in Mr. Finnegan's
former home in Yankton, S. D. Mrs. Finnegan is
the only immediate survivor. His parents are dead
and an only child was burned to death in an
automobile accident a few years ago.

      AUTO FUMES KILL INSURANCE MAN
   Gassed by exhaust fumes from his automobile,
Roy Finnegan, 34 years old, 1850 Goodrich avenue,
St. Paul, an insurance man, was fouond dead
today in his garage after a small boy reported
he heard a motor running in the garage.
