Voss, 56, president of the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range railroad, will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Pilgrim Congregational church, with burial in Forest Hills cemetery. Mr. Voss died Monday, apparently of a heart attack, at his summer cabin on Pike lake, about 10 miles north of Duluth. A graduate of Purdue university, Mr. Voss first joined the railroad in 1926. After an absence from 1928 to 1936, he returned as an inspector. He became President in 1953. He was active in Duluth civic and commercial groups and clubs. Survivors include his wife, Ora Lolita; a daughter, Mrs. Graham Kaegel, Rolling Mills, Ill., and two sons, Fred J., Jr., Minneapolis, and Charles E., Anaheim, Calif.
