William "Bill" Yadlosky, 74, of Ely, dies

William "Bill" Yadlosky, 74, of Ely, died peacefully with his family by 
his side, on Sunday Dec. 12, 2004 at Ely Bloomenson Hospital.

Bill was born on June 27, 1930 in Ely to Paul and Antonia (Mayerle) 
Yadlosky. He was a graduate of Ely Memorial High School in the class of 
1948. In 1954 he and Jane Zeleznikar were united in marriage in Ely. Bill 
was a lifelong resident of Ely where he worked for 34 years at Reserve 
Mining as a diesel mechanic until his retirement. Bill was a member of 
St. Anthony's Catholic Church, AARP, Ely Senior Citizens, and Vice 
President of The Croation Fraternal Union Lodge No. 355.

He is survived by his wife Jane; daughters: Valerie (George) Osaben of 
Ely, Sandra (Dennis) Tesch of Renton, Wash., and Mary Jane (Timothy) 
Ciriacy of Cloquet; two sisters: Ruth Zaverl of Ely and Barb (Ed) Buck of 
Babbitt; three brothers: Paul (Shirley) of Desert Hot Springs, CA, Larry 
(Janet) of Duluth, and John (Sharon) of Ely; six grandchildren: Aimee 
Osaben, Brian, Laura, and Carmen Tesch, Michael and David Ciriacy; and an 
aunt, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents. He will be greatly missed by 
his family and many friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, at St. Anthony's Catholic 
Church in Ely. The Rev. James Scheuer presided. Burial in Ely Cemetery.
