KENNETH D. HILDEBRANDT, 56, of Prescott, died Tuesday, May 4, 2004, at 
United Hospital in St. Paul.
Born Dec. 15, 1947, in Prescott, AZ to Donald L. and Georgia Mae 
(Armbruster) Hildebrandt, he was a 1966 graduate of Prescott High School. 
He married Theresa Kobe on Sept. 19, 1970, in Ely. He had served in the 
Army in Vietnam and was a member of the Prescott American Legion.
Kenneth was a farmer and chef and had operated the fish fry and chicken 
fry at Joe’s Valley Bar for 27 years and had been a former chef at The 
Virginian Supper Club. 
Survivors include his wife, Theresa of Prescott; sons David Hildebrandt 
of Minnetonka, MN, Mark (Jen) Hildebrandt of Prescott and Adam Hildebrandt 
of Prescott; daughter Amy Hildebrandt of Prescott; sisters JeanAnn Kemmerer 
of Hager City and LuAnn (Don) Filkins of Prescott; and a brother, James 
(Mickie) Hildebrandt of Omaha, Neb.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother-in-law, John Kemmerer.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, May 6 at St. Joseph’s Catholic 
Church, Prescott, with the Rev. Ed Shuttleworth officiating. Burial in 
St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Prescott.
Pallbearers were Pat Murphy, Tom Geistfeld, Larry Hildebrandt, Alfred 
Huppert, Tony Kruse, David Kemmerer, Joseph Huppert and Lloyd Marek.
