The last will and Testament of John Collier, of the Township of Addison in
the county of Somerset, State of Pennsylvania.
I, John Collier, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of
sound mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament in
the manner and form following, to wit:
I will that all my just debts as shall be owing by me at my death, together with
my funeral expenses and all charges touching the proving of or otherwise
concerning this, my will, and carrying the provisions thereof, and subject
thereunto, then my will is as follows;
To my daughter, Maria, wife of Samuel Frazee, and my sons Daniel and Perry
Collier, I consider the advancements already made to them a sufficient share to
each out of my estate and it is therefore my will that they receive no part of the
same at my decease, and advancements being exclusive of the notes given me by
the said Maria Frazee and my son Perry Collier, etc.
Item; I give and bequeth unto the children of my son, Thomas, now deceased,
five hundred dollars to be paid them as soon as the notes given me by Maria
Frazee are collected.
Item; I give and bequeth unto my son Joseph Collier, four hundred dollars to
be paid him when the notes given me by my son, Perry, shall have been collected,
also to my grand-daughter, Harriet Dewit, one hundred dollars.

dollars to be paid her when the second note due me by my son, Perry, shall have
been called. Also to my grand-daughter, Harriet Liston, one hundred dollars.

Mary, each fifty dollars.
