        On  the  2d  inst., ISAIAH DIXEY, son of  Charles  and  Mary 
        Goldy, aged 6 years and 2 months.  The relatives and friends

        west of Eighteenth, this (Thursday) afternoon, at 1 o'clock,

        On the 3d inst., RACHEL WILLIAMS, daughter of John and  Mary 
        Ann Williams, aged 13 months.  The relatives and friends are 
        respectfully  invited to attend the funeral, from the  resi-
        dence of her parents, No. 27 Marshall st., below Fourth,  on 
        Friday afternoon, at 2 o'clock.
        
        On the evening of the 28th ult., WM. TAYLOR, aged 45  years.

        (Thursday) afternoon, at 1 o'clock.
        
        On the 2d inst., EDWARD, son of Henry and Mary Mettenheimer,

        Suddenly,  on the 2d inst., aged 1 year and 10 months,  MARY 
        ELIZABETH  WHITBREAD,  only  daughter of  Charles  and  Mary 
        Whitbread. The friends and those of the family are  respect-
        fully invited to attend the funeral, this (Thursday)  after-
        noon, at 2 o'clock, from the residence of her parents,  Paul

        On the 2d inst., Mr. ISAAC CASTOR, aged 54 years. The  rela-

        Margaret  Ann  Caldwell,  aged 1  year.  The  relatives  and

        Spruce  and William streets, West Philadelphia, on  Saturday 
        afternoon, at 1 o'clock, without further notice. 
        
        On the 3d inst., JAMES  McCOLLOUGH, aged 55 years. The rela-

        On  3d inst., WILLIAM JAMES,  in the 29th year of  age.  The

        funeral,  on Friday afternoon, at 1 o'clock, from the  resi-
        dence  of George Elliott, Salmon street,  above  Huntingdon,

        On the 3d inst., EMELINE, infant daughter of Gamaliel G. and 
        Ann Matilda Mayhew, aged 15 months and 3 days. The relatives 
        and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend

        Road, above Seventh St.,  on FRiday morning, at 10  o'clock, 
        without further notice.
        
        On  the  2d  inst., ELIZABETH E. BLAETZ, aged  5  years,  10 
        months  and 1 day, daughter of Philip and Catharine  Blaetz.

        Sarah Elkins, aged 9 years and 4 months.

        On  the  2d inst., ELIJAH, eldest son of John M.  and  Sarah

        MARY  ANN SHERN, daughter of Patrick and Ann Shern,  in  the

        of  the  late Capt. Samuel Makins, in the 94th year  of  her 
        age.  Funeral  from the residence of  her  grandson,  George 
        Helmbold, No. 46 N. Washington street, on Friday  afternoon, 
        at 1 o'clock.
        
        Suddenly,  on the 3d inst., Mr. PETER GOULD, of the firm  of 
        Barr,  Gould & Co, aged 29 years. The relatives and  friends 
        of the family are respectfully invited to attend the  funer-
        al,  from  the residence of his parents,  Sharphack  street, 
        Germantown,  on  Saturday afternoon, 6th instant, at  1  o'-
        clock.
        
        On   the 3d inst., HUGH MONTGOMERY, in the 36th year of  his

        Liberty Lodge, No. 9, of the A.P.A., and the Order in gener-

        R.  and  Johannah Latch, in the 27th year of  his  age.  The

        clock,  Dec.  5, to proceed to the  Lutheran  Church,  Lower 
        Merion.

        Suddenly,  Dec. 1st, Mr JOHN LIGHTCAP, in the 66th  year  of 
        his  age. The relatives and friends of the family, also  the 
        Members  of Mount Airy Lodge No. 235 I.O. of O.F., of  which 
        he  was  a member, are respectfully invited  to  attend  his 
        funeral, from his late residence, Allen's Lane, Mount  Airy, 
        this afternoon, at 12-1/2 o'clock, without further notice.
        
        On  Monday evening, the 1st inst., HENRY S., eldest  son  of 
        N.K. and A.C. SHoemaker, aged 9 years, 9 months and 28 days.

        in  the  61st  year of his age-a native  of  County  Tyrone,
