From the Lewistown Gazette of October 28, 1858
 
MARRIED:
 
At the residence of the bride's father, Sandusky county, Ohio, by Rev. C.M. 
Klink, John L. HANNUM, Esq., of Sandusky county, Ohio, to Miss Eliza Ann CLOSE, 
formerly of this county (Mifflin).
 
On the evening of the 245h inst., by C. Hoover, Esq., at the residence of John 
CARNEY, in Granville township, Jacob EVERICH, formerly a merchant of this place 
(Lewistown), to Mrs. Deborah FLECK.
 
DIED:
 
In this place, on the 21st inst., Sarah BARR, wife of Samuel BARR, aged 36 
years.  The deceased was a very estimable lady, and her death is deeply lamented 
by her affectionate husband and children, and many warm friends.
