Huntingdon Gazette, Huntingdon, Pa., April 19, 1826

TO the heirs and legal representatives of ABRAHAM STONER, late of the 
County of Franklin in the state of Pennsylvania, deceased, to wit:
  Daniel Royer, intermarried with Catherine, late Catharine Stoner; 
Jacob Snively, intermarried with Elizabeth, late Elizabeth Stoner; 
Michael Stoner, John Stoner, Rebecca Stoner, Susan Stoner & Abraham 
Stoner, also, Daniel Truby intermarried with Polly, late Polly Stoner; 
Joseph Oler intermarried with Rebecca, late Rebecca Stoner; Susan 
Stoner, Daniel Royer and Abraham Stoner, Guardians of John Stoner and 
Nancy Stoner, all children and heirs of David Stoner, deceased, a son 
of the said Abraham Stoner deceased.
  Take notice that in pursuance of a Writ issued out of the Orphans 
Court of the County of Huntingdon, to me directed, I shall upon the 
FOURTEENTH DAY OF JUNE, next hold and take an Inquisition of Partition 
or valuation of the Real Estate of said Abraham Stoner deceased, 
situate in Woodberry township, in said County of Huntingdon, to wit:
  Two tracts or parcels of land, situate in Woodberry township, 
Huntingdon County aforesaid, one of said tracts situate on Piney Cree, 
adjoining lands of Jacob Duck on the south, lands belonging to 
Springfield Furnace on the west, and lands of John Cromer and Christian 
Hewit on the north, and other lands on the East, containing three 
hundred and forty acres, more or less.  The other tract situate in 
Woodberry township aforesaid, adjoining lands belonging to Springfield 
Furnace, Hoovers land, and land of John Patton and others, containing 
one hundred and fifty nine acres.
