  Mr. C. C. Bell, one of the Reformatory instructors, was agreeably surprised 
last Friday evening when twenty-five of his fellow employes and several other 
friends and neighbors called at his home and helped him celebrate his 51st 
birthday anniversary.  Several fine selections were rendered by the 
Reformatory chorus making the evening a very pleasant one.
