Herald/Standard May 31, 1944
     Mrs. Sebina O. Matthews of 151 Walnut Street has received word that her 
son, Pvt. H.D. Matthews, has arrived safely in England.  Pvt. Matthews, 
formerly with the Circulation Department of the Evening Standard, is in the 
Tank Division of the Army.  He has been in service since July 31, 1943.
