House and Lot for Sale.
In pursuance of an order of the Orphans' Court of Fayette county, I
will sell at public sale at the Court House in Uniontown, on Thursday,
the 25th day of May, 1854, at 2 o'clock, P.M., a certain lot of ground
in said borough, late the property of Wm. LOOMIS, dec'c., situate on
the North side of Fayette street, being 50 feet wide in front and
about 100 feet in depth, on which are erected a frame dwelling house
and shed, smoke house, stable, &c., adjoining lot of Jonathan FISHER
on the East and the heirs of Alexander TURNER on the West.
TERMS-One-third of the purchase in hand on confirmation of sale and
the residue in two equal annual payments with interest from said date.
