    Dull, John, Sr. 
    Miner, ca.1910, Fayette City Mine.
     Prosecuted for Violation of the Mining Laws:  John Dull, Sr., 
a miner at the Fayette City Mine, was charged with passing 
the main danger station into the mine before it had been examined 
and reported to be safe by the fire bosses.
    He entered a plea of guilty and paid the costs.
