Morning Herald November 28, 1936
     Fayette County young people, students at Bethany, were guests of the Beta
Theta Pi fraternity Thanksgiving morning when that group entertained with its
annual Spanish fiesta.
     At 4 o'clock breakfast was served at the Tally-Ho Inn, a quaint little
Bethany hotel which has been reconstructed into a replica of a Spanish tavern
for the occasion. Interior of the gymnasium later proved a reproduction of a
Spanish street fair. Dancing and a floor show engaged the guests until a late
hour.
     Among the local young folks enjoying the party were Jane Club, Uniontown;
Mary Jane South, Uniontown; Henrietta Lowe, Uniontown; Peggy Luce,
Perryopolis; June Galley, Connellsville; Patti Curstead, Uniontown; Hannah
Cope, Uniontown; Mary Kay Gabler, Uniontown and Richard Maize, Uniontown.
     The committee in charge of arrangements was headed by Jack Chorpening of
Uniontown.
