            FLORENCE E. WILLIAMS of 455 Washington Ave, Media,
        entertained recently at open house for her brother-in-law and
        sister, Mr. and Mrs. JOHN L. SEENEY, at their newly - built
        ranch - type home, "Windy Hill," on Locksley road, Cheyney.
        Guests were from Media, Cheyney and Philadelphia. The
        home was built by Seeney and his brother, Sylvester.
